Taliban leader Mullah Ahmadullah Wasiq says that even after 6 days of Taliban control over Afghanistan, there is no head of the country.
This was stated by Taliban leader Mullah Ahmadullah Wasiq in an interview given to British media.
He has said that there is no plan for an interim government in Afghanistan, but has intensified talks to form a government.
Mullah Ahmadullah Wasiq added that the Taliban have so far appointed only a few provincial governors and mayors.
The Taliban leader also said he hoped a comprehensive government would be formed in Afghanistan soon.
According to Afghan media, a special unit of the Taliban army has been deployed to protect the presidential palace in the capital Kabul.
