The Sindh government has started considering heavy traffic on Lyari Expressway.
The meeting was chaired by Administrator Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab and was attended by Additional IG, DIG Police, National Highway Authority, KDA and senior officials of KMC.
The meeting considered the issue of running heavy traffic on Lyari Expressway while a committee has been constituted to settle administrative matters on the highway.
Administrator Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that heavy traffic travels a distance of 90 km in the city and reaches the super highway.
He added that the passage of heavy traffic on the Lyari Expressway would also improve the flow of traffic in the city.
