Government should make the release of Aafia Siddiqui possible, demanded Tahir Ashrafi

Special Assistant to PM Imran Khan Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi made a statement in favor of the release of Aafia Siddiqui.

Addressing the Ulema and Mashaikh Convention in Islamabad, Tahir Ashrafi demanded the government to make efforts for the release of Aafia Siddiqui.

He said that all possible steps should be taken by the government for the release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui.

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister further asked why Dr. Aafia Siddiqui has been arrested so far when the Afghan war has ended.
