Leading actress of Pakistan drama industry Zara Noor Abbas has said that she is still waiting for the verdict of Noor Muqadam case.
In a message posted on the social networking site Twitter, Zara Noor Abbas said, “The delay in the Noor Muqadam case is disturbing.”
Zara Noor Abbas said, “Imagine, if it were with you tomorrow, your old parents would be dragged to court like this for months, what would you do then?”
“Raise your voice,” the actress appealed.
It may be recalled that Noor Muqadam, a 27-year-old girl, was killed with a sharp instrument on July 20 in F-Seven Four area of Kohsar police station.
A case of murder of Noor Muqaddam has been registered in Kohsar police station on the complaint of his father.
Former Pakistani ambassador Shaukat Ali said in the case that his daughter Noor Muqaddam, 27, was killed by accused Zahir with a sharp instrument.
According to police, signs of torture were found on the body of the victim while the head was detached from the torso.
