Noor Muqaddam murder case: 2 accused released on bail

District and Sessions Court in Islamabad heard the case of Noor Muqaddam murder, Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani delivered a safe verdict.

The court dismissed the bails of murder accused Mali Jan Mohammad and Khansaman Jamil.

Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani had reserved the verdict in the Noor Muqadam murder case after hearing arguments on the bail pleas of Mali Jan Mohammad and Khansaman Jameel, who worked at Zahir Jaffer’s house, on which he gave a brief oral verdict.

Accused Jan Mohammad and Jamil had filed bail applications in the case.

The court dismissed another application filed against the main accused and his parents by Tahir Zahoor, owner of Therapy Works.
