Pakistan defeated Thailand in Asian Volleyball Championship

Asian Volleyball Championship started in Japan, Pakistan defeated Thailand in the first match after a thrilling match. Defeated by two to start the tournament victorious.

In the first set, Pakistan lost ten on one occasion. He had a lead of seven but could not maintain it and Thailand won the first set 25. Won by 22 but in the second set Pakistan showed a great fight back and 25. Equaled the competition with the victory of 23. At one point, Pakistan lost three in the second set. There was a deficit of ten.

In the third set too, Pakistan’s weight was heavy and it was 21 on one occasion. There was an 18-point lead, but Thailand regained the lead with seven consecutive points. But in the fourth set, Pakistan equalized once again.

In the decisive set, the Pakistani team, especially the experienced player Aimal Khan, showed great play and led Pakistan to victory.

Pakistan will play its second match against Hong Kong on Monday morning and a win in this match will ensure Pakistan’s access to the quarterfinals.
