A 4-year-old Pakistani girl is in urgent need of a heart transplant operation in India.

The girl, named Angelica, suffers from a very rare and complex heart condition called restorative cardiomyopathy.

Four-year-old Angelica Fernandez looks normal like other children, but the scars on her body tell a different story.

Angelica has undergone a number of traumatic surgeries over the past six months.

Doctors have given him a year to save and have asked for an immediate heart transplant.
