Pakistan’s national airline Pakistan International has added two aircraft to its fleet, one of which a new Airbus has reached the federal capital Islamabad.
According to the PIA spokesperson, Pakistan International has won two aircrafts through tender, one of which has reached Islamabad by Airbus while the other aircraft will reach Pakistan in the coming days. Both the aircrafts are of 2017 construction.
The PIA had not been able to acquire the aircraft for the past two years due to the Covid-19 and global aviation conditions.
With the addition of these aircraft, PIA will provide better and more comfortable travel facilities to its passengers.
According to Air Marshal Arshad Malik, the acquisition of the new aircraft has come about due to the grace of Allah and the efforts of my team.
On this occasion, the CEO of PIA also specially thanked the Board of Directors of PIA and the Minister of Aviation.
