Rape in Mumbai and other cities, a strong reaction from Bollywood celebrities

Bollywood actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kalki Koklan and other celebrities have reacted strongly to the heinous crime of rape in Mumbai, Bijnor and Chhattisgarh. 

On their social media accounts, the celebrities recently expressed outrage over the recent rape of a 32-year-old woman at a tempo in Sakinaka, Mumbai.

A woman who was raped and brutally tortured died at a local hospital on Saturday morning.

According to reports, the accused has been arrested. Two similar incidents have taken place in Chhattisgarh and Bijnor, which has caused great grief and anger across the country.

Commenting on these shocking incidents, Bollywood actress Kalki Koklan commented on an Instagram post of a well-known journalist and asked if there was any way to make these accused headlines for such crimes, regardless of their age. Do they have a criminal record in the past? 

“Such people are living among us, there is a need to make them clear to everyone,” he said.

Mini Mathur wrote that their names should be mentioned and they should be held accountable to other men, as women are made at every step.

Sufi Chaudhry, Malika Arora, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Tapsi Panu and Arjun Kapoor also reacted strongly.
