Taliban leadership instructed not to enter people’s homes

The senior Taliban leadership has instructed that the Taliban should not enter people’s homes, nor should the Taliban block the passage of diplomatic vehicles in Kabul.

According to British media reports, Deputy Amir Maulvi Yaqub said that the Taliban had warned of severe punishments if the looters were caught.

The report said that some bakeries and medical stores remained open in Kabul today and traffic was also seen.
