The lava flowed from the volcano on the Spanish island of La Palma and reached the Atlantic Ocean.
Hundreds of homes have been destroyed since the eruption, while toxic gases and explosions are feared.
According to sources, lava can trigger chemical reactions that can lead to the spread of eye and respiratory diseases.
It should be noted that residents along the east coast of Lapalma Island have already been ordered to stay indoors while houses and windows have also been instructed to remain closed.
On the other hand, more than 6,000 people have been evacuated from the area due to the eruption of lava that has been going on for 11 consecutive days.
